Canada Wide Early Learning Child Care Program

The Canada Wide Early Learning Child Care Program (CWELCC) offers families the same quality education from Oak Tree, but at a more affordable cost.
The government-created CWELCC program was announced in March 2022 and seeks to reduce the cost of child care nationwide to an average of $10 a day per child by the year 2025. This, in hopes, of making child care more accessible for more families.

Licensed child care facilities are funded through the program to assist eligible families. The program also aims to increase teacher wages.
If you would like to learn more about CWELCC-reduced tuition and are interested in having your child attend Oak Tree, please call us today at 289-234-2700.
What Parents Say
I have been bringing both my children here for 4 years and I am so glad I found Oak Tree. They have been able to provide morning and after school care for them even though they are attending different schools. Pick up and drop off has been so convenient for me!
Jasmine
My 2 year-old twins are currently attending Oak Tree and my eldest attended from when he was 1 to 4 years-old. They have learned so much since going here. The staff is extremely friendly and professional and they always have time to say hi, smile, and give hugs to our kids.
Melanie
I looked at many daycares but I liked your facility the most. It is spacious, with ample classrooms and a play area. Teachers are warm and kind towards the kids. My daughter is mixing well with everyone there. She has become more vocal since she joined you. That’s a positive sign!
